Welcome to my blog! My name is Kylie and I am a world traveller, handstand extraordinaire and teacher. I began developing my passion for teaching as a 16 year old, when I would catch the bus after school to coach gymnastics at a local club. I taught an unruly bunch of six year olds who quickly whipped me into shape and taught me the value of a well planned class, a handful of emergency never-fail activities and the importance of expectations. I have taught hundreds of children since that day but the lessons I learnt in that gymnastics club have stuck with me ever since.
I have created this blog to share with you my teaching philosophies, inspiration from the classroom and to showcase my professional achievements. Enjoy!
